GlobalFair created a new and innovative programme: JobInvest. Job creation and private sector confidence as well as the aspect of mutual learning and vocational formation are at the centre of this project. As a side effect, the creation of small businesses and start-ups is stimulated – the driving forces in every prosperous economy.
In practice, the programme promotes the formation of new skills, capacities and exchange of experience of job starters and enterprises in disfavoured regions. This is achieved through partner- and job starter sponsorships with European small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals. This job starter sponsorship linked with incentives for commercial partnerships creates a variety of social and economic opportunities for all actors involved.
